Health Sync
Fitbit Bridge for Apple Health · by Reliable Softwares
Purpose
Health Sync is an iPhone app that copies your own Fitbit health and fitness data from your Google Health account into Apple Health. Fitbit devices store their data in Google Health, which Apple Health cannot read. Health Sync bridges the two so your steps, heart rate, weight and sleep appear in Apple Health and in every app that uses it.
No login is needed to read this page. The app itself signs in with your Google account only to read your data, read-only.
What it syncs
- Steps and walking/running distance
- Heart rate (one averaged reading per minute)
- Weight
- Sleep: time in bed plus awake, light, deep and REM stages
How it works
Sign in with your Google account and grant read-only access. Tap Sync and the app reads your recent data from the Google Health API and writes it into Apple Health on the same phone. Overlapping readings from several devices are merged first, and syncing again never creates duplicates.
Your data goes directly from Google to your phone. There is no Health Sync server, no account to create, no analytics and no ads.
Privacy
Health Sync does not collect, store on a server, sell or share your data. Read the full privacy policy.
